智能酶噴涂設備
■功能介紹
-適應國內市場需求，填補國內空白，用于液體酶制劑等微量元素對成品顆粒料的連續表面噴涂；
-該設備通過流量秤檢查瞬時物料量，按照設定的添加比例，由計量泵自動調整酶的流量，將液體酶經霧化后均勻地噴涂到顆粒料的表面，具有缺料自動停噴，超差報警等功能；
-可同時添加幾種營養物質，且添加量微小，經攪拌管混合后產生霧化噴涂在物料表面，添加量小于0.2L/t，有水霧化和氣霧化形式供選擇； -自動化程度高，操作簡單，安裝方便。
